Serving in the Church

Redeemer believes that God has gifted and called every person to serve. We want to help you use your gifts and passions for His glory. There are many opportunities to serve our church and in our community. If you would like to get involved, you can call 863-660-5448 or email kristin@redeemerlakeland.org.

Children’s Ministries

Our children are some of our greatest blessings, and we are called to shepherd them in the beginnings of their Christian walk. At Redeemer, we encourage our children ages 4 & up to remain in worship with their parents during the sermon. The younger children are dismissed to the nursery at this time. If you would like to serve the church by working with our young children in the nursery or if you are interested in helping with Sunday school for the pre-school, elementary or middle-schoolers, please speak with Jann Boll at (352) 586-1623 or bumbleboll4@gmail.com.

Fellowship Team

Fellowship is a big part of the life of the church and our calling to live in community under the authority of God. At Redeemer, we cherish our time together and we plan several fun fellowship activities throughout the year. If you are interested in being a part of our fellowship team, please contact deacon, Dan MacNair, at (863) 640-0468.

Meals

In our call to community, it is important that we care for the needs of our fellow members. Meal provision is one way that we show our love and support. Meals are helpful in many situations: for those facing illness and hospitalization, those celebrating new life, those mourning a death, and the list goes on. If you would like to be added to the list of volunteers that are willing to be contacted to provide and occasional meal, please contact the church office at (863) 660-5448 or kristin@redeemerlakeland.org.

If there is any other area not listed above that you feel you are led to serve the church, we are happy to help find a way for you to use your gifts for God’s glory. Please contact the church office at (863) 660-5448 or kristin@redeemerlakeland.org to discuss other areas of service.
